About Cyrus

You’re probably here to learn more about me.
Before the awards or accomplishments, this is what matters.
The work I do comes from experience.
Not just success, but burnout.
For years, I carried too much responsibility, tried to help everyone else, and ignored my own limits. Changing my life wasn’t glamorous. It was exhausting. What shifted everything was learning the power of a real pause — space to breathe, think clearly, and choose differently.
Working with organizations like NASA and MIT confirmed something I already knew. Even high performers struggle in silence.
That’s why I created Burned Out, But Built for More and the Going to Grow Burnout Recovery Center.
You don’t need to be fearless.
You don’t need a perfect plan.
You need clarity, space, and a path forward.
My hope is that the tools on this site, the conversations on The Built for More Podcast, and the experiences at the center help you take your next step with confidence.
Change is possible.
And you don’t have to carry it alone.
With encouragement,

“Pressure didn’t break me.
It revealed who I could become once burnout no longer led my life.”
