The Burnout Check-In Workbook helps you identify where burnout is breaking down.
The Burnout Sequence helps you move through that breakdown in order, without pressure or urgency.

Module 1: Restoring Self-Trust

Use this space to reflect honestly. There is nothing to fix here.

  • Where do I notice hesitation showing up most often?

  • What types of decisions feel heavier than they used to?

  • How does overthinking affect my energy throughout the day?

  • When do I feel most unsure of my own judgment?

  • What does slowing down decision-making bring up for me?

Awareness of self-trust is the beginning of relief.

Module 2: Containing Responsibility

This reflection is about noticing weight, not removing it.

  • Where do I feel emotionally responsible for others?

  • When does rest begin to feel uncomfortable or undeserved?

  • What responsibilities feel heavy rather than chosen?

  • Where do I carry more than is asked of me?

  • How does this responsibility affect my energy?

Not everything you carry belongs to you.

Module 3: Realigning Energy

This reflection is about noticing where energy goes.

  • Where does my energy feel most drained?

  • When do I feel busy but unfulfilled?

  • What activities leave me depleted rather than satisfied?

  • Where do I rely on distraction to get through the day?

  • How does misalignment show up in my motivation?

Energy awareness comes before energy change.

Module 4: Rebuilding Structure

Structure works best when it comes from clarity, not pressure.

  • Where have I tried to create structure too early?

  • When does planning feel overwhelming instead of helpful?

  • How does pressure affect my ability to organize my time?

  • What does “structure” currently feel like to me?

  • Where do I feel unready for systems right now?

Readiness matters more than routines.

Module 5: Integration

This reflection is about seeing the whole picture.

  • Which stages feel most familiar to me right now?

  • Where do I notice overlap between stages?

  • How does moving slowly change how this process feels?

  • What pressure have I been putting on myself to rush?

  • What feels different simply by understanding the sequence?

You do not need to rush clarity.

If at some point you decide you want structured support beyond clarity, options exist elsewhere on this site.
