How to be Mindful of Others

Cyrus Ausar breaks down how to be mindful of others by recognizing the way we communicate. People can come to you saying you said things you’ve never said, then they’ll respond to that statement of which you never spoke.

Cyrus says you cannot accept everything people say as the truth. You have to sit back and analyze the information on which is being told to you. At times we can react without knowing if what is said is actually true, and we end up looking silly in the end.

Also, people can come to you with falsified information, get a real response from you, then go back and tell the other person what you said. It’s fascinating how words can be deliberately misinterpreted.

Cyrus provides solutions to these circumstances through being mindful.
